The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without a separate basis.
Website operation and recipients
Hostinger provides the website and email services. Your enquiry is sent to our business mailbox and accessed by the people responsible for reviewing your project. The hosting provider also processes technical access information. The contact form uses a temporary session cookie and technical rate limiting for security. No advertising or visitor analytics tools have been added to this website.
How long do we keep data?
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, support the working relationship and address possible claims. Where contractual or statutory retention requirements apply, relevant records are kept to meet those requirements. Technical security information is used only to protect the website.
