01 / What we do

Parts with a purpose.

We start with what the part needs to do. That helps define the material, printing approach and finishing requirements.

01

Prototypes & models

Explore shape, fit and your product concept before the next stage of development.

  • Product concepts
  • Form and assembly checks
  • Presentation models
02

Functional parts

Plastic components for your product or everyday workflow, based on a reviewed 3D model.

  • Enclosures and covers
  • Holders and brackets
  • Assembly aids
03

Small batches

Agree on a sample and specifications before producing several parts of the same design.

  • Repeatable components
  • Colour and design variations
  • Project-specific quantities
02 / Applications

What could your next part be?

A few ways to turn a product idea into something you can hold.

Brackets & holders

Parts for mounting, organising and making practical improvements to a workspace.

Jigs & templates

Project-specific aids for positioning parts and simplifying repeatable tasks.

Design & product models

Explore form, colour and fit before taking a design into its next development stage.

Examples illustrate potential applications. Manufacturability, strength and tolerances are assessed for each individual part.

03 / Materials

Choose the material for the job.

A polymer name is only the starting point. The exact grade, colour, loads, temperature and operating environment all matter.

PLA

Form models and visual prototypes

A practical starting point for exploring a concept and its geometry.

PETG

Functional component projects

An option to assess for holders, enclosures and other parts against their requirements.

ABS

Technical prototypes and enclosures

Selection depends on part size, tolerances and the requirements of the specific grade.

The exact material, colour and availability are confirmed in your quotation. Include any required grade or material properties in your enquiry.
04 / Working together

A clear route to your part.

Each step has one goal: agree on the result before production starts.

01

Share your project

Tell us the application, quantity and desired deadline. Send CAD models or drawings by email.

02

We review the details

We check dimensions, material, printability and critical tolerances, then clarify any open questions.

03

Agree on the quotation

Confirm the price, material and lead time. Where appropriate, agree on a sample first.

04

Produce & hand over

Parts are prepared and checked against the agreed requirements. Collection or shipping is arranged individually.

05 / Your project

Before you send a project

Do I need a ready 3D model?

A STEP, STL or 3MF file helps us assess the work more accurately. If you only have a sketch or a photograph, describe the idea and we will clarify what model preparation is needed.

How much does 3D printing cost?

Price depends on geometry, material, printing time, quantity, finishing and inspection. We provide a specific quote after reviewing your project.

Can I choose the colour and material?

Yes. Specify the colour, polymer and, where required, the exact material grade. Availability and suitability will be confirmed in the quotation.

How are lead times and shipping agreed?

Lead time is confirmed after reviewing the files and checking material availability. Collection or shipping is agreed separately.
